"Amar Sin Miedo" is a romantic story about Josh Adams and his self-discovery in the city of Taxco, Mexico. It is an intimate depiction of two men from different parts of the world that unexpectedly are drawn to one another. The story is captivating through its rich dialogue and unforgettable authentic, human filled moments. This is a love story that does not differentiate between sexuality, but centers on the human spirit and our vulnerability to love.

He has also directed and/or produced several successful, Independent feature film projects. Artisan Entertainment/Lions Gate Films released DRIVE BY in January of 2002. To date, it has grossed over $4.7 million dollars domestically, more than 6600% of its original production budget. "Drive By" made it's cable debut on HBO Latino during the spring of 2003, where it drew a large viewing audience and it has been shown all over the world through the sales of DVD and television broadcasts.
This film is based on a true story about gang life on the mean streets of Chicago. Cesar, a young teen, seeks acceptance and membership into the Brotherhood, a gang lead by his older brother, Kiko. Set on breaking the family gang cycle, Kiko fights to keep Ceasar away from a life of crime and violence while others set out to destroy an entire family and the Brotherhood.
KIDNAPPED SOULS
Stroboscope Studios knows what it means to give each project the personalized attention it deserves. Mr. Frausto deliver the company's 2nd feature "Kidnapped Souls" a unique look and feel that draws your attention heavily into the story.
It had a theatrical release in Lima, Peru in March of 2014 where it screened in 11 theaters. It was an audience favorite for weeks. "Kidnapped Souls" is a serial killer film with a supernatural twist with outstanding performance from the cast.
LA detectives are on the hunt for a mysterious serial killer who kidnaps and kills his victims. Their hopes of catching the killer are slim, as the detectives can't find a single shred of evidence. They finally get a break on the case when one surviving victim escapes from the killer's deadly clutches. In this chilling thriller, watch events unfold as the killer exposes the dark secrets of his victims and why he kidnaps their souls.

In the gang infested neighborhoods nearby Chicago's Little Village, Raul follows in the footsteps of his older brother Freddy. Raul's destiny as a member of the Latin Crowns street gang seems predetermined, but when he falls in love with an innocent young woman and his brother is shot under questionable circumstances, Raul decides to leave the gang. When the gang begins to fall apart around him, Raul's loyalty is questioned on every front and he becomes caught in the middle of a spiraling series of events that jeopardize every aspect of his life.
The story follows Phoenix attorney, Eduardo, who is trying to move his family up from Mexico. Trouble arises, however, when Eduardo's father is denied a visa and decides to make the border crossing illegally. Further trouble comes when Eduardo realizes his father's only hope may be a U.S. Border Patrol agent accused of killing a young boy.
Chuck is a killer who picks up innocent hitchhikers and murders them, leaving their bodies on the side of the highway like road kill. Rayne is a hitchhiking serial killer, who slaughters those that pick her up. When these two meet up, sparks fly, worlds collide...people die.

BIOGRAPHY
Juan J. Frausto’s film making career began in 1993 with his first feature, "CHANGE". The emotional drama premiered at the Chicago Latino Film Festival, where it received rave reviews and Mr. Frausto was recognized as the first Latino filmmaker to produce and direct a feature film in Chicago. Since then, Frausto has directed, produced or been a crewmember on numerous commercials, music videos, industrials and Hollywood feature films. "ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE HOOD" was released by Maverick Entertainment in 2004 and has brought in more than $1.2 million dollars domestically, more than 10 times its original production budget. Maverick Entertainment also released "MURDER ON THE BORDER" (aka LA MIGRA). The gripping drama was released in 2005 and received great acclaim at the Chicago Latino Film Festival. At the 2007 Chicago Latino Film Festival, Frausto had two feature films entered. The Hip-Hop Comedy "GET PONY BOY", has been an audience favorite and also "WELCOME BACK TO THE BARRIO", a thrilling, urban drama that has received favorable reviews by festival critics as well as the Chicago Sun-Times. Both films have been acquired and released in 2008 by Laguna Films for domestic and international and directed Laguna’s latest comedy feature entitled "GETTING HIGH IN THE BARRIO" that premiered in late summer of 2010 through DVD and cable. His feature film, the horror thriller "ROAD KILL", was his first film to be shot both in Spanish and English versions.
